Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing or fundraising in agency or nonprofit
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Strong knowledge of digital fundraising channels and analytics
• Experience supervising digital staff
• Excellent client service and project management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior day-to-day contact and strategic digital advisor to clients
• Develop integrated digital fundraising and engagement strategies
• Lead planning and performance discussions translating data into insights
• Create annual and campaign-level digital plans and budgets
• Collaborate across teams to ensure programs are sound and on time
• Lead and develop digital team members
• Establish digital processes and best practices
• Stay current on digital fundraising trends and AI applications
• Support growth with digital strategy and staffing recommendations
