Lydian Energy seeks a strategic Vice President, Construction to lead the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of its utility-scale solar and BESS projects across multiple sites in North America. The role requires directing field teams, managing EPC performance, and driving best practices in construction delivery.

Reporting to the COO, you will oversee 3–8 concurrent projects totaling 1–2 GW of annual capacity, coordinating with Pre-Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Asset Management

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive PM/construction leadership in utility-scale energy.
• 5+ years in senior construction leadership managing multi-project portfolios ≥500 MW/yr.
• Proven track record delivering utility-scale solar PV projects 100 MW+ from NTP through COD.
• Extensive experience administering EPC contracts, change orders, and performance enforcement.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end construction execution for 3–8 simultaneous utility-scale solar and BESS projects, from mobilization through COD.
• Drive on-time, on-budget project delivery against the contracted schedule and budget baselines.
• Deploy and manage embedded project management teams and field construction managers at each active site.
• Implement standardized project controls, reporting cadences, and escalation protocols across the portfolio.
• Maintain a portfolio-level construction dashboard for real-time COO visibility on schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
