Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a senior analytics leader to direct Carrier and Captive analytics, delivering enterprise insights and governance to support client value. You will shape strategy, build scalable analytics, and lead a high-impact team across multiple accounts, ensuring reliable metrics and decision tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive growth, renewal, and ROI narratives while guiding budget and enterprise BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred; Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
• Analytical and interpretive skills with strong problem-solving and reporting ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PC literate.
• Proven leadership and management experience; ability to drive results and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data governance foundation, including hierarchies, mappings, metrics, and source logic.
• Build actionable insights from multi-account, multi-policy structures and present trusted rollups.
• Translate performance into ROI narratives with cross-functional partners (Operations, Client Services, Finance, Marketing).
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for BI, contact management, and client-base analytics.
• Oversee budgeting for the business area.
