You will oversee compliance, risk management, and internal audits, and serve as BSA Officer, administering the BSA/FRAML/OFAC program while aligning policies with state and federal banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of similar or related experience in risk/compliance.
• Essential Personnel designation and emergency response expectations.
• Ability to respond outside normal business hours during crises.
• Strong judgment and analytical mindset for risk assessment and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance, risk management, and internal audit.
• Serve as BSA Officer and administer BSA/FRAML/OFAC program.
• Partner with senior management to assess, identify, mitigate, and monitor key risks.
• Ensure adherence to applicable state and federal banking regulations.
