Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and/or automation engineering experience.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.

• Exceptional communication and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into scalable engineering executions.
• Architect and govern AI/ML system designs.
• Productionize AI/ML solutions into low-latency applications.
• Build and develop a multi-team AI/ML engineering organization.
• Drive organization-wide alignment across teams.
• Spearhead the AI/ML Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Establish practices for versioning, deployment, and CI/CD.
• Build observability and monitoring systems to track model performance.
