Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking a senior leader for the AI/ML engineering function, responsible for implementing engineering practices, tooling, and architectures transforming AI/ML models into scalable products. The role entails managing cross-functional teams, influencing senior leaders, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

The successful candidate will have significant software engineering experience, proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams, and familiarity with P&C insurance domains is a plus. This remote role allows flexibility, but candidates near an Arch office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and/or automation engineering experience.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience building production-grade AI and/or ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into scalable engineering execution.
• Architect and govern AI/ML system designs.
• Build and lead a multi-team AI/ML engineering organization.
