This leader will drive AI-first transformation, build scalable AI platforms, and embed AI across benefit design, operations, and member engagement. Remote work is supported within the U.S.; in-office presence required in certain markets.

You will shape enterprise AI strategy, lead global teams, and deliver measurable ROI while ensuring compliance and security in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Experience modernizing large scale legacy platforms.
• Proven AI/ML work including NLP, NLU, vision, DL, ASR.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and scalable platforms.
• Ability to lead globally distributed teams and complex programs.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise AI/ML strategy aligned to M&R priorities.
• Embed AI across core value streams and productionize AI platforms.
• Lead AI/ML platform engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and reuse.
• Drive real-time decisioning and analytics at scale.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with product, finance, and business leaders to deliver measurable ROI.
