Job summary

Autism Speaks is seeking a Vice President, Individual Giving, to design and execute a growth-focused revenue plan across major, intermediate, and planned giving. The role leads the Individual Giving team with a focus on donor expansion and mission impact.

The VP will collaborate with the CDO/CEO, oversee a fundraising operations team, and guide portfolio growth, reporting, and stewardship efforts to exceed multi-million-dollar targets.

Qualifications

BA degree and/or advanced degree; CFRE certification a plus.
15+ years in major and leadership gift experience.
10+ years in fundraising management/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand giving across major, intermediate, planned, and board giving.
Lead the major gift development team to mature donor opportunities.
Build a reporting structure with field leadership to grow major/intermediate portfolios.
Establish moves management and stewardship systems to deepen donor relationships.
Strategically advise and manage a core portfolio of top individuals and families.
