Job summary

Autism Speaks is seeking a Vice President, Individual Giving to develop and implement a strategic revenue expansion plan focused on major, intermediate, and planned giving. The VP will lead the Individual Giving team to drive growth and mission impact with proven fundraising leadership.

The role includes building a strong pipeline, leveraging analytics, and guiding senior leaders to achieve multi-million-dollar revenue growth while collaborating across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher, CFRE a plus.
• 15+ years in major/leadership gift experience.
• 10+ years in fundraising management/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for major, intermediate, planned, and board giving.
• Lead the major gift team to maximize donor opportunities.
• Develop a robust reporting and stewardship structure with field leadership.
