Centene Corp. seeks a seasoned product leader to drive the ICHRA product strategy, roadmap, and capability development across employer, broker, administrator, and member experiences.

You will translate customer and market insights into scalable products, digital and service solutions that support growth and improve stakeholder experience. You will partner with technology, operations, and business leaders to optimize platforms, manage strategic investments, and ensure delivery of key initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years in product management, business operations, customer experience, or strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ICHRA product strategy, roadmap, and capability development across employer, broker, administrator, and member experiences.
Translate customer, broker, employer, administrator, member and market insights into scalable products, digital, service, and operational solutions.
Partner with technology, operations, and business leaders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions and drive platform optimization.
Lead design and continuous improvement of customer and broker experiences across digital and service channels.
