Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires deep telecom industry knowledge and leadership in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience building executive-level client relationships with carriers, utilities, and government stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics at a corporate level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy across telecom infrastructure and engineering services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities and lead the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Manage door-to-door sales team and align field activities with growth targets.
• Maintain CRM-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting for executive visibility.
• Represent TAK externally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth, market positioning, and strategic partnerships across service lines.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performance business development and sales team.
