Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Federal Group.
Develop DoD and federal civilian growth strategies and account plans.
Engage with prime contractors and expand DOR roles on federal design/build projects.
Lead capture planning, win strategy, and compliant proposals for federal opportunities.
Build and manage sophisticated teaming arrangements and partnerships.
Strengthen senior relationships with DoD and federal agencies.
