Job summary

CouponFollow (NextGen), a System1 company, is seeking a Vice President, Consumer Products & Growth to own growth strategy, partnerships, and the product roadmap for its consumer products. This fully remote role focuses on driving revenue, KPIs, and scalable processes while leading a cross-functional team.

You will build and optimize CPA/CPI partnerships, manage performance analytics, and shape the product experience to accelerate growth with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in growth programs and partnerships.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving action.

Responsibilities

• Own the extension and related business plans and operating cadence, with accountability for revenue, forecasting, KPI performance, and resource allocation.
• Define growth strategy for the consumer product portfolio and market positioning.
• Set strategic product direction and roadmap priorities to improve metrics.
• Build and scale a high-performing team with defined processes and standards.
• Establish reporting cadence and metrics framework for leadership.
