Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical practice and leadership.
• HMO/Managed Care experience, including Utilization and Quality Program management.
• Experience with STARS and RAF in a Health Plan space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Health Plan Medical Directors and provide clinical support.
• Drive development of high-quality care management programs.
• Ensure compliance with government program regulations.
