Job summary

Spyre Therapeutics is a clinical‑stage biotechnology company advancing next‑generation immunology therapies. The Vice President, Clinical Development will provide strategic and operational leadership across Spyre's antibody portfolio for IBD, leading the Phase 2 platform study and shaping registrational plans.

MD or equivalent required with 7+ years in clinical development, leadership in immunology/inflammation, and experience with antibody therapeutics and global regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• 7+ years clinical development experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading antibody therapeutics and immunology/inflammation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical development of the antibody portfolio in IBD.
• Lead phase 2 platform study and contribute to registry planning.
• Oversee protocol development, safety review, and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with regulatory, biostatistics, clinical operations, and other teams.
• Mentor a high-performing clinical development team and drive governance.
