Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a VP/SVP, Clinical Development Program Leader with a focus on immunology to shape strategy and drive execution of multiple early-stage therapeutic programs.

You will lead translational-to-IND pathways, act as cross-functional program head, and serve as the scientific and medical expert in immunology, autoimmune diseases, and inflammation while partnering with regulators, KOLs, and biotech partners.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD and 15+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Proven leadership in immunology clinical programs across phases.
• Extensive experience with biologics and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development plans from translational research through IND and early clinical phases.
• Act as cross-functional program head and integrate scientific, regulatory, and portfolio considerations.
• Serve as scientific and medical expert in immunology, autoimmune diseases, and inflammation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators, KOLs, and partners.
• Mentor teams and contribute to organizational strategy.
