You will steer enterprise client value strategy, governance, and enablement programs, partnering with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure measurable outcomes and long-term growth. The role requires 10+ years in healthcare technology or SaaS with ROI modeling and executive stakeholder engagement; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or related fields.
• Experience building ROI models, business cases, and outcome measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide client value realization strategy.
• Establish governance processes and dashboards to monitor value achievement and retention.
• Lead Client Value Realization, Enablement, and Strategic Account Ownership functions.
• Partner with Product, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive adoption and growth.
