Job summary

Lido Advisors, LLC, a fast-growing independent wealth manager, seeks a Vice President, Client Reporting, Conversion Specialist to lead client reporting and portal migrations for acquisitions onto Lido’s Addepar platform. This remote role partners with Billing, Investments, and Technology teams to keep conversion workstreams aligned with the project plan and executive timelines.

You will own the full conversion lifecycle, manage the project plan, surface risks, coordinate with Addepar migration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services operations with data migrations or platform conversions.
• Hands-on experience with Addepar strongly preferred.
• Prior experience converting accounts from legacy platforms (e.g., Tamarac, Black Diamond, Orion).
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full conversion lifecycle for client reporting and client portal for incoming teams.
• Build and maintain the client reporting/portal conversion project plan and align with master timeline.
• Manage the workstream against executive commitments with risk mitigation plans.
• Serve as the point of accountability for client reporting/portal conversion across workstreams.
• Coordinate with Addepar migration team and consulting partners for data extraction, mapping, sequencing, and validation.
• Coordinate with back-office teams to align billing, investments, technology, and reporting within Addepar integration.
• Supply data from Addepar to M&A teams to support executive reporting on conversion success.
• Design and execute audits and reconciliations to validate converted data against legacy sources.
