Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims and adjudication.
• 10+ years of people management with a track record of developing leaders.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ across multiple jurisdictions.
• Expert knowledge of managing disputed and litigated claims.
• Strong communication skills with C-suite and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pie's claims adjudication function across jurisdictions.
• Plan and direct all aspects of claims adjudication operations.
• Develop and implement workers' compensation claims programs.
• Drive claims strategy in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Build KPIs and coach team to achieve performance targets.
