Job summary

Sedigwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, aligning finance functions with enterprise strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional programs, and drive adoption of innovative, data-driven solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads major transformation programs across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Partners with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and orchestrate execution.
• Applies data-driven thinking to diagnose root causes and drive sustainable improvements.
• Manages risks, tracks outcomes, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Interviews, hires, and develops performance plans for team members and subordinate staff.
