Job summary

Ren is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications to lead content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events for Ren and its managed brands.

You will shape brand strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and build a high-performing team focused on growth and measured outcomes. Fully remote with occasional travel, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing and/or brand leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people.
• Track record building a metrics-driven culture with testing and experimentation.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
• Elite writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team across content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events.
• Set vision, tone, and cadence for the team and ensure accountability.
• Define brand vision and ensure cohesive narrative across Ren, RCF, and AEF.
• Oversee external audience segmentation and cross-channel integration.
• Develop attribution and reporting to tie programs to pipeline and revenue.
• Drive external communication and strategy including SEO, PR, and internal comms.
