Responsibilities

• Lead generation of drug substance/product development, scale-up, tech transfer.
• Manage MS&T team and all drug substance/product processes and validation.
• Oversee CDMO partnerships and ensure redundancies for production.
• Prepare and review CMC documentation for regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with Analytical Sciences, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory.
• Drive flawless execution initiatives with operations leadership.
