Qualifications

15+ years of experience in software engineering.
5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
Experience building and scaling AI/GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, NLP, search platforms).
Track record of delivering enterprise-grade products at scale.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams.
Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms (LLMs, RAG, NLP, agentic systems).
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering.
Lead hiring, mentoring, and leadership development across engineering teams.
Drive innovation in AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
Manage budgets, planning, and execution for engineering initiatives.
