Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Vice President, LAD Actuary to lead actuarial strategy for our Life, Absence and Disability business. This role directs pricing, reserving, profitability analysis, financial reporting and planning, partnering with Underwriting and Sales to drive profitable growth while maintaining disciplined risk management.

You will mentor the actuarial team, shape strategic initiatives including potential M&A or partnerships, and present insights to senior leaders.
