Responsibilities

• Oversee QCT's custom concentration initiative and maintain quality.
• Recruit and support volunteer mentors to guide students.
• Meet with students to discuss their ministry aspirations.
• Design individualized curriculum plans based on student needs.
• Evaluate projects and maintain high standards of mentorship.
