Job summary

LILT is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting project. This independent contractor role calls for a female voice, mature (approx. 35–55), natural and conversational delivery, with clear articulation and natural pauses.

Applicants must be native speakers with voice work experience and a home recording setup. You may be asked to provide demos, follow technical requirements, and meet tight delivery deadlines. Licensing for AI voice cloning may be requested.

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup (software, mic, interface, treated space).
• Able to follow specific technical requirements for recording.
• Able to provide demo or voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight deadlines.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• May undergo a test in our module for vetting.

Responsibilities

• Record and deliver voice assets for projects as assigned.
• Maintain natural, conversational tone and clear articulation.
• Meet project deadlines and respond to feedback promptly.
• Provide samples and tests when requested by the client.
• Comply with AI licensing and data-use requirements.
