Job summary

LILT is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project. We require a mature female voice (35–55) with natural, non-robotic delivery, clear speech, and the ability to follow technical recording requirements.

As an independent contractor, you’ll set your schedule, be paid promptly at competitive rates, and may license your voice for AI/TTS training.

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup (recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, DAW, plugins) and treated space free from background noise.
• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality).
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be vetted against requirements.
