Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking an Analyst, Voice of Customer to join the Consumer Research team. The role analyzes quantitative and qualitative customer data to inform business strategy and enhance the Ally customer experience.

You will support ongoing VOC efforts, generate monthly and quarterly trend reports, and develop insights presentations for stakeholders. Collaboration, clear communication, and adaptability are essential as you work with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in marketing, business, social sciences, or related field.
• 1+ years of market research experience in B2C setting; financial services a plus.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities; ability to present data insights clearly.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics XM platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support existing VOC research efforts across products and channels.
• Provide high level VOC trends, analysis, and summaries for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support internal stakeholder requests.
• Develop research-based insights presentations with supervision.
• Program and maintain questionnaires for ongoing VOC efforts.
• Monitor survey volumes to ensure proper functioning of internal tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards for self-serve VOC data for business partners.
• Support relationships with third-party research partners.
