Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Voice and Data Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain enterprise voice and data networks across VoIP, LAN/WAN, IP/MPLS, and SCADA environments.

You will lead complex deployments, mentor engineers, work with cybersecurity teams, and ensure regulatory compliance, including NERC CIP. This role offers a path across multiple job grades and a range of benefits, with opportunity for remote work up to 40%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Telecom fields.
• Expert-level certifications such as CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, CCIE Data Center, Arista ACE, CWNE, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise/industrial voice and data networks.
• Experience with SCADA and NERC CIP compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, implement, optimize and support enterprise voice/data network solutions.
• Direct complex deployments, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership for SCADA/AMI connectivity projects.
• Lead deployments, testing, and define engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to improve network security.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements in performance, resilience, and automation.
• Coordinate delivery across partners, vendors, and IT groups.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and update roadmaps and plans.
• Maintain network designs, diagrams, and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge through reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and best practices.
