Synthires is seeking experienced Voice Actors and Voice Coaches to contribute to AI voice and speech technology projects. You will analyze speech recordings, provide structured evaluations, and use professional terminology to aid system development.

This remote contractor role requires English proficiency at B2+ and offers flexible, project-based work with compensation ranging from $50–$100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, vocal instruction or related field.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis, phonetics, prosody, intonation, and vocal performance techniques.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce structured analytical reports.

Responsabilités

• Analyze speech recordings and provide structured evaluations using professional voice terminology.
• Assess vocal characteristics: age range, gender presentation, accent, vocal quality, resonance, pitch, phonation and voice placement.
• Evaluate prosody, intonation, rhythm, tempo, articulation and breath support.
