Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Voice Actors and Voice Coaches to contribute to AI voice and speech technology projects. You will apply vocal performance expertise to evaluate speech recordings and provide detailed assessments to improve next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required; your voice and audio expertise are the primary focus, and you will work remotely on a project-based basis with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in voice acting or related fields.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis and phonetics.
• Ability to describe vocal characteristics with professional terminology.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Analyze speech recordings and provide structured evaluations using voice terminology.
• Assess vocal characteristics including age range, gender presentation, accent, quality, resonance, pitch, phonation, and placement.
• Evaluate prosody, intonation, rhythm, tempo, articulation, breath support and delivery.
• Identify emotional tone, energy level, clarity, and communication effectiveness.
• Distinguish scripted, conversational, and spontaneous speech styles.
• Assess recording quality, environment, microphone performance, noise, and other factors.
• Document observations with clear, consistent technical language.
• Provide objective feedback to support AI voice system development.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams while maintaining confidentiality.
