Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Voice Actors and Voice Coaches to contribute to AI voice and speech technologies. Apply your expertise in speech, vocal performance, and phonetics to evaluate recordings and provide detailed assessments that help improve next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Your voice, speech, and audio expertise are the primary focus. This remote contractor position offers flexible, project-based work with compensation ranging from $50–$100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in voice acting or coaching.
• Strong knowledge of speech analysis and phonetics.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Analyze speech recordings and provide structured evaluations.
• Assess vocal characteristics: age range, gender presentation, accent, etc.
• Evaluate prosody, intonation, rhythm, and delivery.
• Document observations using technical language.
• Provide objective feedback for AI voice systems.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams while maintaining confidentiality.
