• PA residency requirement is waived for this title.

Responsibilities

• Referral engagement: contact and maintain referral sources to identify persons who may qualify for services.
• Applicant interviews: conduct comprehensive face-to-face interviews and explain service requirements.
• Eligibility decisions: review information to determine eligibility for services.
• Plan development: collaborate with customers to create an Individualized Plan for Employment and arrange services.
• Progress monitoring: track progress and adjust plans to support employment goals.
• Record management: write/c refine case notes and service communications.

Education

Master's degree in vocational rehabilitation, mental health, special education, social work, human services, psychology, or closely related field
