Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, animation, or video editing.
• Must-Have: design static graphic assets and layouts from scratch before animating them.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Obsessive craftsmanship, timing, typography, and high visual standards.
• Strong communication skills, high energy, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop motion concepts, visual treatments, storyboards, mood boards, and animatics.
• Design Original Assets: Create custom vector graphics, illustrations, graphic layouts, and typography from scratch in Illustrator/Photoshop before animating them.
• Motion Design & Animation: Create kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, 2D/3D visual elements, explainers, and branded motion assets in Adobe After Effects.
• Full Video Integration: Combine motion graphics, custom designs, video footage, sound effects, voiceover, and color grading into polished final assets.
• Maintain an exceptionally high level of craftsmanship across motion, color, typography, and overall visual style, strictly adhering to Bask Health brand guidelines.
