Job summary

Yoh Services LLC seeks a Visual Marketing Designer for Northeastern University's Enrollment Management. The role focuses on print and digital marketing materials, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver on-brand, cross-platform creative work for both undergraduate and graduate audiences.

The candidate will manage multiple projects, craft concepts, and produce print-ready assets while aligning with media specifications and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years visual design experience.
• Strong design acumen and creative concepting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Keen time management and communications skills.
• Robust willingness to collaborate and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pitch creative concepts for broad student groups.
• Editorial design, art direction, and social media design experience a plus.
• Video/animation/audio skills a plus.
• Understanding of usability and user-centric design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce top-tier marketing materials for print and digital formats.
• Create concepts and designs for print and digital projects.
• Provide layouts and printed comps for approval with rationale.
• Partner with multimedia, marketing, social, and content teams.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to create concepts for publications.
• Manage 15+ projects concurrently under deadlines.
• Provide printing and mailing specs to production manager.
• Act as liaison to CAMD and other schools as needed.
• Mentor student designers and candidates for internships.
• Uphold Northeastern University brand identity across enrollment materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
