Job summary

Digital People is seeking a Visual Designer to support employer-focused marketing campaigns remotely. You will develop 3-4 email design concepts using an established component library, refine selected designs, and assist with the launch process.

The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, a robust email design portfolio, and the ability to collaborate with marketing partners while contributing to campaign performance. This long-term contract runs through March 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design portfolio required.
• Experience designing marketing emails within a component library.
• Ability to develop multiple design concepts with partners.
• Detail-oriented with QA support and refinements.
• Independent contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing to develop 3-4 email design concepts for review and selection.
• Use the established email component library to develop and refine email designs.
• Collaborate with marketing to finalize designs for employer-based marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign launches by assisting with QA, fixes, and design tweaks as needed.
• Bring a strong visual design perspective while considering campaign performance.
