Job summary

Boldin is seeking a contract Marketing Designer to provide dedicated design support for the next quarter, 25-30 hours per week, remotely from the United States. You will work on landing pages, lifecycle emails, decks, social creative, and event materials, delivering fast within brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in marketing/brand design, a strong Figma portfolio, and comfort crafting templates for scalability.

Qualifications

4+ years of marketing or brand design experience.
Portfolio showing volume and range across web, email, presentations, and print.
Expert in Figma with components and shared libraries.
Experience building templates others use to produce assets.
Comfortable working directly with marketers and taking direction from design leadership.
Experience with performance-driven creative (variants, tests, iteration).
Motion design is a plus; preparing assets for video/motion teams is beneficial.
Available to start within two weeks.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day design execution for marketing requests from brief to final files.
Bring ideas to growth, lifecycle, content, and events, not just execution.
Build creative variants and adjust based on results.
Support the video team with graphics and assets for motion pieces.
Use brand guidelines and templates as the source of truth; escalate gaps to leadership.
Turn repeat requests into templates to save time on future versions.
Keep files organized and documented for seamless handoff to a future designer.
