Actalent is hiring a remote Visual Designer to evaluate frontier AI models on real design tasks such as interfaces, layouts, typography, and visual systems. You will create briefs from your practice, test them with AI tools, and judge outputs against professional standards.

This role spans UI/UX critique, product visuals, and creative deliverables. The ideal candidate brings UI/UX or graphic design experience, a strong sense of visual hierarchy, and the ability to articulate why designs fail.

Competenze

• US citizenship required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Background in UI/UX, web, product, or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, interaction, and user flow.
• Ability to articulate why a design fails, not only that it does.
• Experience with AI design tools or quick-learner.

Mansioni

• Design challenging, realistic briefs drawn from your expertise.
• Run briefs through frontier AI design tools and evaluate outputs against professional standards.
• Critique model-generated interfaces, mockups, layouts, slides, infographics, illustrations, and motion.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence: alignment, spacing, typography, SVG quality, and off-brief issues.
• Contribute across software, presentation design, technical illustration, graphic design, and new media.
