Job summary

DOOR is seeking a Visual Designer to bring the brand to life across marketing, sales, and product touchpoints. You will own creative projects from email campaigns to product packaging while building scalable templates for teams.

Key requirements include 3+ years in visual/brand design, a strong portfolio across media, and expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with motion design skills a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design (in-house or agency).
• Portfolio across digital, print, and physical assets.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creativity and fluency in building with AI.
• Motion design skills, ideally After Effects to Lottie.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing emails, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Create trade show booths, signage, and event collateral.
• Design packaging and instructional materials for hardware products.
• Produce sales materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Support product design with illustrations and motion assets.
• Build and maintain company site and landing pages (Webflow).
• Develop self-service tools and templates for brand consistency.
• Enforce brand guidelines across all output.
