EssilorLuxottica is seeking a remote Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Representative to oversee day-to-day insurance operations for Optometry providers across the United States. You will analyze insurance receivables, monitor account trends, and provide proactive client support via phone, email, and meetings.

Minimum three years in optometry billing and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes are required. You will work from home, with a full 8-hour day between 7:00am and 6:00pm Central Time and

Formación

• Three years’ experience with customer-facing service and medical & vision insurance billing in an optometry setting.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Optometry CPT codes.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels through verbal and written modes.
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills, able to act with urgency to resolve problems.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a full 8-hour day within 7:00am–6:00pm central time, Monday through Friday.
• Stable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and GoToMeeting for RCM customers.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify revenue trends and proactively engage clients with solutions.
• Identify, research, and resolve account concerns reported by customers, internal teams, and partners.
• Work clearinghouse rejections and create missing information requests or send corrected claims.
• Work denials and aging reports to maximize reimbursement for vision and medical claims.
• Communicate with payment posting team to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales for onboarding new customers and creating statements of work.
• Train clients on RCM tools and expectations for maximum reimbursement.
• Track and trend product data using multiple systems.
• Provide basic technical website and PC support for customers.
• Effectively use Salesforce and other company tools to document customer interactions and account updates.
