Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part-Time Third Key/Sales Lead in Atlanta, GA, to be the face of our store and guide customers through the Visionworks experience with knowledgeable eyewear solutions. You will drive sales goals, engage customers, recommend products, and stay current on products through training, while supporting store operations and service excellence.

Compensation ranges from $11.09 to $14.97 per hour, with benefits including Vision Coverage, 401(k), Paid Time Off, milestone awards,

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
