Pearson is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver virtual speech therapy to K-12 students enrolled in Connections Academy. The role operates from home, using web conferencing to connect with students and the company’s Education Management System to manage caseloads.

Qualifications include an MA/MS in SLP, ASHA CCC, active state licensure, and 2+ years in K-12 settings, with strong tech skills and excellent communication. Remote work environment with ongoing CEU requirements.

Qualifications

• MA or MS in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC.
• Must hold active/valid state licensure in the state of residence.
• 2+ years of experience in K-12 settings.
• Strong technology skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language services to assigned students in a virtual environment.
• Plan and implement individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain documentation and progress reporting in the Education Management System.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents/learning coaches, and school staff regarding IEP goals.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations of speech-language needs as required.
