Job summary

Pearson LiveSpeech is hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy to K-12 students enrolled in Connections Academy virtual schools. The SLPT will use webcams and web conferencing to connect with students and manage caseloads in the Education Management System.

Requirements include an MA/MS in SLP with ASHA CCC, state licensure, 2+ years in K-12, and strong communication and tech skills.

Qualifications

• MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA CCC.
• Active state licensure in residence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in K-12 settings.
• Proficient with virtual service delivery tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality speech language services to assigned students in a virtual setting.
• Plan and implement individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain caseload in the Education Management System.
• Communicate with parents and school staff about IEP goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and reporting.
