Staffing For Doctors seeks an exceptionally experienced Virtual Medical Receptionist & Practice Administrative Specialist to own admin and front-office operations for a solo cash-pay Women’s Health practice in Texas. You will master Athena EHR and manage patient communications, payments, and clinical documentation from day one.

The ideal candidate is expert-level in Athena EHR, fluent in English, and capable of independent work to let the physician focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Athena EHR knowledge with minimal supervision.
• Background in Women’s Health and OB/GYN clinics.
• Ability to work independently in a solo practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume patient portal messages and emails with clear English.
• Triage diagnostic/lab results and update Athena charts.
• Process prior authorizations and referrals; upload lab results.
• Post payments, manage cards-on-file, and follow up on balances.
• Provide executive administrative support to the solo practitioner.
