You will engage with new leads, determine client goals, and help clients through onboarding, while maintaining CRM records and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in client-facing conversations and guiding people toward decisions.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Determine client goals and recommend best-fit services and solutions.
• Educate clients on next steps and facilitate onboarding process.
• Track outreach activity and follow-up in CRM.
