Nuvant Consulting Group in Detroit is seeking a Virtual Account Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll connect with individuals exploring financial services, guide them through the discovery process, and recommend tailored solutions that support their personal or business goals.

You will engage with new leads, determine client goals, and help clients through onboarding, while maintaining CRM records and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in client-facing conversations and guiding people toward decisions.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client services is a plus.
