Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking licensed psychiatrists to contribute to AI training and evaluation from your remote clinic. You will develop realistic cases reflecting cultural context, assess AI methods against Vietnamese practice, and document analyses in both Vietnamese and English.

Work 20+ hours weekly with flexible scheduling and no commute. Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour as an independent contractor, reflecting expert psychiatric credentials and clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Valid medical license and psychiatry training.
• Experience conducting psychiatric assessments.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop challenging psychiatric cases based on real-world situations and cultural context
• Assess AI evaluation methods against Vietnamese practice, context and ethics
• Prepare psychiatric records and analysis in both Vietnamese and English
• Explain where AI falls short when handling sensitive mental health cases
