Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Video Install Manager (Remote) to lead video technology installations, configurations, and project management across remote and field settings. The role emphasizes independent work with on-call responsibilities and collaboration with Project Managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in video installations, knowledge of DIRECTV systems (COM, DRE, AEP, casting, OTT), and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience performing video installations, remote engineering, monitoring and analysis.
• Familiarity with DIRECTV systems such as COM, DRE, AEP, casting and OTT.
• Certifications in above products are a plus.
• Ability to work on-call on a project-to-project basis, independently or as a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve video and product performance issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Deploy, install, configure, and test video equipment independently or with a team.
• Document video deployments thoroughly and accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Travel as required up to 10% and maintain 90% remote work flexibility.
