Job summary

Foundation is seeking a senior video leader who owns the development and scaling of our video engine for AI visibility. You will manage a production ecosystem—in-house, freelancers, or partners—and ensure high-quality video at scale across YouTube and on-page formats.

You’ll craft scripts, hooks, pacing and thumbnails while guiding a growing team of video specialists. You’ll shape the SOPs, QA processes, and interview methods for video hires, and partner with GEO/AEO Marketing Directors to

Qualifications

8+ years in video, including growing YouTube channels for B2B brands.
Built and run a video production engine (in-house, freelance, or agency) with budgets, timelines and quality.
Strong opinions on the engine: scripts, thumbnails, pacing, packaging and descriptions.
Hands-on time with AI tools/workflows; show concrete builds.
Experience teaching others and raising the bar for teams.

Responsibilities

Own how video gets made at Foundation: in-house, freelance, production partners, or mixed; manage partners and scale while preserving quality.
Manage and develop video specialists; work with resource manager to staff across pods.
Own video craft details: scripts, hooks, pacing, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and YouTube/citation by AI assistants.
Set methods and SOPs; support QA; identify skills gaps; participate in reviews and interview for video hires.
Collaborate with GEO/AEO Marketing Directors to find clients and pitch video offerings.
Spot new video AI visibility opportunities and make them sellable and deliverable.
Run client working sessions and support pitches where your expertise wins the deal.
