Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects across graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and annotate content to improve training datasets.

Must have 2+ years in related creative fields, proficiency with the listed tools, and a proven track record in AI human-data work or data labeling. This role is remote and worldwide for a contractor.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design proficiency and strong visual communication.
• Video Editing and Motion Graphics skills.
• UI/UX design familiarity.
• Experience with Figma, Canva and the listed tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
